BartonPartners designed the $38 million mixed-use development with 114 apartments, 38,000 square feet of office space and a 1,3000 square foot café in a revitalizing South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project is the adaptive reuse of a former factory complex that been underutilized for years.
