Conifer Village at Rittenberg Breaks Ground

BartonPartners accepted a Silver Level Sustainability Award at GVF’s Annual Sustainability Breakfast this month. SOKO Lofts Receives CDR Approval

BartonPartners is pleased to announce that the Philadelphia City Planning Commission has recommended the approval of the SOKO Lofts Project in the South Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia. Lower Bucks Pediatrics Achieves LEED Certification

Back in 2008, Lower Bucks Pediatrics (LBP) was a successful pediatric practice quickly outgrowing its cramped rental office space in Yardley, Bucks County, PA. The practice, led by Dr. Auren Weinberg, set out to find a large enough location to accommodate its growing needs when they found a nearby site in Yardley that could be transformed into a small office park consisting of three new buildings.
