For over 6 years, BartonPartners has employed Harry through a program with Community Integrated Services. On May 22, we received the "Exceptional Employer Award" in recognition of this. Community Integrated Services places individuals with disabilities into gainfully employed positions. Harry's work includes a variety of projects from scanning of documents for archive, mail distribution, filing, and shredding. The Salvation Army Angel Tags Program was created so that all children may experience the magic of the winter holidays. Here at BartonPartners each year, we have a tree full of Angel tags. This past spring BartonPartners volunteered to help out with the popular reality TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which happened to be filmed in Philadelphia for an episode. In just one week, several designers and contractors, and plenty of volunteers, rebuilt an entire house—every single room, plus the exterior and landscaping for a well-deserving family.
