Lower Bucks Pediatrics Achieves LEED Certification

Back in 2008, Lower Bucks Pediatrics (LBP) was a successful pediatric practice quickly outgrowing its cramped rental office space in Yardley, Bucks County, PA. The practice, led by Dr. Auren Weinberg, set out to find a large enough location to accommodate its growing needs when they found a nearby site in Yardley that could be transformed into a small office park consisting of three new buildings. The Hamilton Recognized with Outstanding Rehabilitation Award

The New York State Agency for Homes and Community Renewal recently awarded BartonPartners the Outstanding Rehabilitation Award for our work with Conifer Realty on The Hamilton in Rochester, New York. For the 206 unit mixed-use rehabilitation project, BartonPartners redesigned the existing 1970 brutalist concrete building façade to feature an abstract pattern consisting of 21 different complementary colored panels. The Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association presented BartonPartners with the 2013 Private Sector Leadership Award this month. New Development Offers Affordable Housing for Teachers & Office Space

On April 17th, Barton Partners attended the groundbreaking event for Oxford Mills, a project designed to offer affordable housing and office space to young school teachers in Philadelphia. The project will utilize two depleted warehouse structures in South Kensington, Philadelphia and transform the city block into a lively community of young professionals.
