Oxford Mills Helps Revitalize Kensington Neighborhood

BartonPartners designed the $38 million mixed-use development with 114 apartments, 38,000 square feet of office space and a 1,3000 square foot café in a revitalizing South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project is the adaptive reuse of a former factory complex that been underutilized for years. Community Integrated Services recognizes BartonPartners

For over 6 years, BartonPartners has employed Harry through a program with Community Integrated Services.  On May 22, we received the "Exceptional Employer Award" in recognition of this. Community Integrated Services places individuals with disabilities into gainfully employed positions. Harry's work includes a variety of projects from scanning of documents for archive, mail distribution, filing, and shredding.  Each year the Barton employees celebrate Harry's birthday with cake and a lunch out.  Harry's upbeat personality brings smiles to all who work…
