Conifer Village at Cape May is a three-story, wood-framed building that embraces 90 affordable apartments for seniors of the South Jersey seaside community of Cape May County. As designed by BartonPartners, the building includes exterior apartment balconies and terraces, and interior community facilities. BartonPartners is currently working with Northern Home for Children, a generous organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in need. During this holiday season, employees of BartonPartners assisted Northern Home by donating presents to multiple children within the organization.
