Conifer Village Anticipated Opening in September

Conifer Village at Cape May is a three-story, wood-framed building that embraces 90 affordable apartments for seniors of the South Jersey seaside community of Cape May County. As designed by BartonPartners, the building includes exterior apartment balconies and terraces, and interior community facilities. BartonPartners and AmeriSus

BartonPartners and AmeriSus collaborate to provide affordable, sustainable housing designs as well as delivery kits for builders and developers at about the same cost as conventional construction. Northern Home for Children Gift Collection
