Oxford Mills Wins 2015 Historic Preservation Award

Oxford Mills has received the 2015 Jury Award for Historic Preservation from the Historical Preservation Alliance of Philadelphia. The project is the adaptive reuse of a former factory complex that had been underutilized for years. Oxford Mills provides teachers and nonprofits cost savings on living and work space and also help promote a collaborative, supportive environment. Oxford Mills Helps Revitalize Kensington Neighborhood

BartonPartners designed the $38 million mixed-use development with 114 apartments, 38,000 square feet of office space and a 1,3000 square foot café in a revitalizing South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. Conifer Village Anticipated Opening in September

Conifer Village at Cape May is a three-story, wood-framed building that embraces 90 affordable apartments for seniors of the South Jersey seaside community of Cape May County. As designed by BartonPartners, the building includes exterior apartment balconies and terraces, and interior community facilities. The project was designed in accordance with New Jersey’s Green Futures program and will feature photovoltaic solar panels and high-performance windows to keep energy costs low.
