Oxford Mills wins two Best in American Living Awards

Recently, BartonPartners was honored with two awards at the Best of American Living Awards ceremony in Las Vegas. Oxford Mills won Platinum for ‘Best Historic Preservation’ and ‘Best Project in the North Atlantic Region’. Located in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, Oxford Mills receives accolades for the adaptive reuse of an existing site and offering discounted rents to teacher through a partnership with Teach for America.
