Park Towne Place celebrates its redesign and re-brand

Our project, Park Towne Place celebrates its redesign and re-brand! The 959-unit, four tower development was renovated and includes many new amenities including the city’s newest art gallery. Of note, the property has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The development holds an important place in the development of multifamily housing and of Mid-century modern design. Congratulations to AIMCO on this achievement!
