BartonPartners was commissioned by Aimco to design comprehensive renovations to the Sterling, a mixed-use, 29 story building in Center City Philadelphia. The building’s exterior, common spaces, apartments, and amenity spaces were all outdated, not attracting or meeting the needs of the target customers.

Kershaw Commons – The Doors Open to the First Multiple Sclerosis Facility on the East Coast

September 1st was an exciting day for thirty residents of the new special needs residential development Kershaw Commons in Freehold, New Jersey. This new facility was designed expressly for persons afflicted with multiple sclerosis and is only the third such specialized community in the country.
