About
Seth has a broad range of professional experience, including residential (both affordable and market rate) and mixed-use development, as well as, expertise in public outreach and land entitlement. He has worked with private developers and public agencies throughout the country, including the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, Brandywine Realty Trust, BPG Properties, LTD, and multiple housing and redevelopment authorities. His recent focus has been transit oriented development and traditional neighborhood design, with a specific concentration on the multi-family redevelopment of brownfields and previously entitled commercial properties. Prior to joining BartonPartners, Seth was a Senior Urban Designer at WRT and practiced at the New York City firm of Cooper, Robertson, & Partners as a development consultant.
