In addition to his duties as Director of Operations, Bob leads and coordinates design teams on select projects, effectively managing collaborative efforts and translating them into creative and buildable solutions for clients. He oversees projects from conceptual design through construction admin, with a concentration in mixed-use, mid-rise multi-family buildings, as well as, single-family developments. His understanding of the unique challenges in developing mixed-use and multi-use communities allows Bob to effectively assist clients with the entitlement process, particularly in the state of New Jersey. Bob brings over 30 years of experience with traditional neighborhood developments, spec office buildings, Jersey Shore communities, and custom and single-family home design to the firm, as well as, an extensive background in wood-frame construction. Bob’s upscale designs have won numerous awards including “Built-to-suit Custom Home of the Year” and “Community of the Year” for a 62-home traditional neighborhood development.
