Bruce has over 30 years of broad range experience in the design and management of projects, spanning a diverse range of market sectors. His experience includes various commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, multi-family residential, and mixed use projects. He has overseen campus master plans, complex renovations/additions, historic rehabilitations, and new construction projects. Past clients include educational institutions, such as Devon Preparatory School, Penn State, and Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School, as well as, corporate clients/ office developers, such as Aqua PA, Brandywine Realty Trust, and Barthco International. Past healthcare projects include both outpatient medical office and licensed/inpatient facilities, for Lower Bucks Pediatrics, Harshaw Dental, and Main Line Health. Bruce’s commercial and retail projects include retail centers and banks, such as Crossings Outlet Square, Hilltop Plaza and Bryn Mawr Trust. Hospitality projects include hotels, restaurants, and conference centers for Hilton, Wheaton Mall, and Daylesford Abbey Retreat Center. Municipal projects include community center and maintenance facilities for Horsham Township, Hoyt Library in Kingston, PA, and firehouse projects in Havertown and Goshen, PA. Multi-family residential projects include high-rise rental properties, such as the Sterling and Park Towne Place for AIMCO, and 1919 Market for Brandywine Realty Trust. Special needs/subsidized housing includes group homes for NHS Human Services and veterans apartments for Min-Sec. Mixed use projects include new mid-rise multi-family over retail, such as 40 Park in Morristown, NJ, and historic adaptive reuse rental/office/retail, such as the Center for Educational Excellence in Philadelphia.
