An article called “The A-Team” in Affordable Housing News about the successful developments of the Hagerstown Housing Authority featured BartonPartners’ McCleary Hill Project. The Hagerstown Housing Authority hired BartonPartners to develop a series of redevelopment options for the revitalization of the McCleary Hill public housing complex in Hagerstown, Maryland that would transform the community into a residential neighborhood. The program included 250-Home Community on 30-plus acres called Noland Village.
