Congratulations to Toll Brothers Apartment Living on winning the Multifamily Executive Award, Best Reuse of Land. Riverworks is a luxury community located in Phoenixville, PA proudly designed by BartonPartners. The project is home to 349 upscale apartments and strategically positioned along two picturesque waterways, the French Creek and Schuylkill River located on the site of a historic steel mill, which was once an economic engine for the town.
