New Development Offers Affordable Housing for Teachers & Office Space

On April 17th, Barton Partners attended the groundbreaking event for Oxford Mills, a project designed to offer affordable housing and office space to young school teachers in Philadelphia.

The project will utilize two depleted warehouse structures in South Kensington, Philadelphia and transform the city block into a lively community of young professionals. In addition to the residential component, a portion of the building will be dedicated to office space, including two floors dedicated to Teach for America.
