Lower Bucks Pediatrics Achieves LEED Certification

Back in 2008, Lower Bucks Pediatrics (LBP) was a successful pediatric practice quickly outgrowing its cramped rental office space in Yardley, Bucks County, PA. The practice, led by Dr. Auren Weinberg, set out to find a large enough location to accommodate its growing needs when they found a nearby site in Yardley that could be transformed into a small office park consisting of three new buildings. The project was completed in Fall 2011 and received LEED certification in November 2012. Since completion, LBP’s practice has become even more successful than before. BartonPartners was recently brought in to design additional clinical space for the office park creating new exam rooms, assessment areas and office space. Click here to continue reading.
