Bancroft Mills is getting a new Multifamily Community

BartonPartners is happy to be designing a new multifamily housing community with developers, Capano Residential. The Reserve at Rockford Falls will create a new community at the once abandoned Bancroft Mills site in Wilmington, DE along the Brandywine River.
