40 Park – Making Headlines in 2010
December 14th, 2010
What a year it has been for 40 Park. Just recently, 40 Park was named a 2010 Pillars of the Industry Award Winner for “Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community.” The project also received an impressive six awards at the “2010 Awards of Excellence” sponsored by the Community Builders and Remodelers Association of New Jersey (CBRANJ).
There’s still more! 40 Park was honored with the prestigious “Community of the Year” and “Best Multi-Family Housing Over $500,000” which recognized the impact that 40 Park had on the revitalization of Morristown. The new awards came just months after 40 Park was honored with three prominent laurels at the 2010 Sales and Marketing Awards sponsored by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA).
BartonPartners is honored to be a part of the team that has contributed to the reinvention of the Morristown Green historical setting. Use of traditional materials such as stone, brick, and period-style metal bays help 40 Park blend with the surrounding streetscape and neighborhood. The European-styled piazza, located right off of the lively streetscape, provides outdoor communal spaces for the residents and the public.
40 Park is located in a pedestrian-friendly downtown, with fine restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries, and theatres. The Morristown Train Station serves as a convenient passageway to the excitement of Manhattan with its Midtown Direct Service and provides a stress-free commute to those who work in New York City.
In short, 40 Park has contributed to the redevelopment of Morristown and is providing not only a home for its residents, but a lifestyle.
