Vail Mansion is the incorporation of a new site to this existing historic property. The new site features a three-story residential, elevator-served mid-rise on two stories of parking. In a historic community location, the new development is built on the grounds of the mansion with Morristown’s central business and entertainment district. The mid-rise offers 10 unit types and a direct link to the existing Vail Mansion.
