University Crossings is the renovation of the former Conrail Headquarters Building (located on Drexel University’s Campus) into off-campus student housing. The building has 1060 beds spread across 290 apartments, and the renovations included a complete cosmetic upgrade for all units, as well as, new amenity spaces throughout the building. New student lounges, fitness room, game room, and business center are just a few of the upgrades. A comprehensive exterior restoration included a new ADA 
complaint entrance ramp, new steel, and glass entrance canopy with steel and 3Form Banners.
