The Town of Whitehall is a master planned community covering 950 acres, consisting of seven ‘villages’ including residential homes, recreation, commerce and civic functions. Several developers, including 
Benchmark Builders, are developing homes on the sites. Benchmark’s offerings include cottage-style and side yard homes, featuring three to four bedrooms and are particularly geared towards empty nesters. The elevations and streetscape differ through the various options including first floor master bedrooms and different material/textures.
