The Versailles is an existing historic high-rise apartment building located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. The scope entailed two portions; first the interior renovation of all the apartment units and second, amenity spaces. The rooftop amenity space includes a lounge with fireplace, shuffle board, demonstration kitchen, business center, conference room, yoga room, and Sky Bridge. The basement renovation contains a state of the art fitness center, bike storage, kids’ play area and leasing center. The ground floor included a remodeled lobby and concierge desk, as well as the new exterior canopy and ramp to provide ADA access.
