The Sterling Apartments is a historic high-rise apartment building in Center City Philadelphia, which was in dire need of renovations and updating. The scope included the comprehensive redesign of the rooftop/social deck, complete renovations of all 534 units, a newly-designed resident library, conference room and business center. In addition, the facade was repaired and restored to meet NPS requirements for Historic Tax Credits, and the ground floor retail was totally renovated with all new stone cladding, 
accessible ramps, lighting and high end tenant fit-ups.
