The National at Old City is the renovation of a historic site into a mixed-use development. The historic orange tile was reconstructed to match the existing details and level of the previous occupant. The new built construction consists of 191 apartments with feature amenities in Center City Philadelphia. Additionally, the adjacent vacant corner lot has been transformed into a public park, facilitating both the tenants and tourists visiting the nation’s oldest street, Elfreth’s Alley. Tenants also have access to private on-site parking and bicycle storage.
