The Harrison at Ellis Preserve is a five story multifamily building with 200 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartment units.  The building also includes approximately 9,000 square feet of indoor amenity space as well as a generous outdoor amenity courtyard with a pool, seating areas pergolas, outdoor kitchen, grill stations and indoor/outdoor fitness area. The building consists of five stories of IIIA wood frame construction over a one story, noncombustible parking garage.
