Once a thriving suburban office campus, Concord Plaza became obsolete once its anchor tenant departed, with its scattered layout comprised of small 2 story buildings that were difficult to repurpose. With the goal of repositioning a portion of the campus into a mixed use/residential enclave, The Buccini Polin group hired BartonPartners to redesign the site into a thriving pedestrian-oriented community, comprised of 341 apartment units, 38,000 square feet of ground level retail, and an 11,500 square foot amenity space.
