Built on the site of an aging research campus, The Concord offers a mixed-use facility combining 341 apartments and retail space. The generated master plan set the development to be setback from Silverside Road, using landscape and streetscape design to create a buffer. The development is comprise of six buildings with three of them featuring a mixed-use between apartments and ground floor retail. The Concord apartments feature amenities for residents, including a two-story fitness center, expansive outdoor courtyard with a pool, dog washing station, spa treatment room, clubhouse and media lounge.
