On the 20-acre site of the former Phoenix and Bethlehem Steel site, Riverworks is a rental community that consists of six residential buildings and a clubhouse. The project has significant public amenities, including pedestrian linkages to the center of the borough’s commercial district and a multitude of trails and pathways. It also provides 538 parking spaces, with 100 spaces located undercover in the basement of three of the buildings. The clubhouse facility and leasing center are located at the head of the main boulevard between two residential buildings. This arrangement allows the design of the site to be oriented toward a large swath of publically accessible open space, predominantly located along the northern bank of French Creek.
