Parkside consists of 5-6 story protected-wood frame multi-family residential building above a partial steel frame podium. An attached 6-level precast parking garage is located on the east side, concealed by liner residential units. The exterior design is “transitional”, featuring materials of fiber cement panel/siding, brick, and manufactured stone. Also included is the community amenity, including main entry, leasing center, co-working center, fitness center, and club room/bar area. A large outdoor amenity courtyard includes a kitchen/grilling station, dining areas, lounge/seating areas with a fireplace, fitness/recreation spaces, and a resort-style pool/deck with cabanas and turf seating area.
