Including a commercial kitchen, two dining room areas, a grand hall, multi-purpose room, pub area, theatre, fitness area, yoga room, an arts & crafts space, and a hairstyling salon. In addition, extensive outdoor amenities have also been designed. Including several seating areas with firepits or fountains, an outdoor eating area with covered roof, bocce courts, a putting green, a covered porch with rocking chairs, resident garden plots, a dog run area, and an extensive walking path.
