Lower Bucks Pediatrics
Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA
Lower Bucks Pediatrics consists of a new two-story office building designed for an outpatient pediatric practice. The first floor of the building contains clinical space: 20 exam rooms, internal lab, chart space, triage area, and separate sick and well waiting areas. A front lobby, stair, and elevator lead to the second floor, which contains nine private offices, eighteen open workstations, and a break/conference room with a kitchenette. The remaining rear portion of the second floor was originally unfinished and now contains another pod of exam rooms and offices. The exterior design reflects the traditional rural architecture of the local Bucks County area, with pitched roofs and gables, and smaller scale windows. The project meets LEED Certification Rating per USGBC guidelines.
