Piper is bounded by West Avenue, Orchard Street, Quincy, and Butler Streets, and it is a part of the overall Master Plan for a large-scale revitalization and redevelopment. The design focuses on providing a pedestrian corridor, connecting the building to the nearby Children's museum and public park. The architectural style is industrial with a modern flair, inspired by other contextual buildings throughout Norwalk. The use of brick combined with Metal Panel and Fiber Cement are the core facade materials. Combined with generous amounts of glazing, the buildings are reminiscent of the industrial past while providing a completely modern, luxury, living for the residents.
