Senior Project Manager
Lyle has over 15 years of experience managing a wide variety of multi-million dollar residential, mixed-use, and institutional projects, nearly all of which involved complex buildings, collaborative team-based clients, and specialty consultants. With this breadth of knowledge, a strong engineering education, and several years of construction experience, he can skillfully lead a project team from concept through construction. Lyle has currently finished several adaptive reuse projects– turning historic warehouses into loft residences at Oxford Mills in Philadelphia and converting an old stone Dupont barn into a clubhouse at Liseter in Newtown Square– both of which have won various awards. Lyle also excels at new construction, such as the Lafayette townhomes in Morristown, NJ, the Lakeview Landing single family home development in Malta, NY, and several planned multi-family apartment communities as large as 600 units and scattered across the eastern seaboard. As a LEED AP, Lyle has also worked on “green” projects employing a variety of assessment systems, such as LEED, Energy Star, Enterprise Green Communities, Green Globes, NAHB, and more.
