Park Towne Place is the renovation of a series of historic landmarked, mid-century residential community adjacent to Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The scope included full exterior and interior renovations, with the facade repaired and restored to meet NPS requirements for Historic Tax Credits. With the updated and completed renovations, Park Towne Place has become one of Philadelphia's most desirable rental addresses.
