One Park is on the grounds of an existing convent from the early 1900s in West Hartford, CT. The convent reduced their occupied footprint, and sold the remaining 85,000 SF and Chapel for development. 92 Dwelling units occupy the existing building with residential amenity space within the courtyards, and additional 200 units are incorporated into a 5 story new construction wing, with ground level parking and amenity spaces. The new construction section and the renovated building come together in a central amenity courtyard with an in-ground pool, pool house, and outdoor fire pits.
