Meadowbrooke is a two-story clubhouse located on the site of the former Roosevelt Park Raceway. Positioned alongside a lake, the clubhouse amenities feature a salon, theater room, kitchen, banquet/multipurpose room and pre-function space. Outdoor amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, while the overall clubhouse serves a focal point for the community.
