Working as Master Planner and Architect, BartonPartners, working collaboratively with the entire development team led the conceptual design that fed the entitlement process (both rezoning and full land development) for Prickett Preserve in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA. Over an 18 month period inclusive of extensive outreach, the vision for Prickett Preserve was refined in the plan seen here. Anchored by a Wegmans grocery store, at completion in early 2024, the project will consist of approximately 150,000 square feet of retail, including a repurposed barn and historic home as well as 200 new high end rental residential units and amenities.
