Liberty Court, located in the historic Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia, comprises of 34 townhomes, and five different units, all offering ornate cast stone and brick facades, copper clad/natural wood carving doors, tall ceiling and bay windows. All of these features are reminiscent of the architectural style and quality in America following the Civil War. Street lamps, wrought-iron signs, and site entrance assemblies made up of brick-and-stone piers welcome the public while reflecting a measure of luxe and exclusivity. The narrow streets and widened sidewalks improve walkability. Additional streetscape features include brick accented walks and cobblestone curbs.
