Kensington Place is an apartment complex composed within one large scale building. The units are linked by three courtyard amenity spaces, each with a unique design environment. The courtyard spaces feature a private garden space, pool, outdoor kitchen, and furnishings encouraging residents to engage with the community and neighborhood. The design also includes a parking garage, clubroom, and other amenities.
