BartonPartners has been working with Sackman Enterprises on multiple sites in Keansburg, New Jersey associated with several separate, but related, redevelopment plans. Keansburg presents as an unusual opportunity to completely re-imagine a beachfront community along Raritan Bay, with views of Manhattan in the distance. With long term plans inclusive of a high speed ferry to New York City, and a redevelopment of its signature amusement park, the town and Sackman have been working collaboratively on what could ultimately result in over 500 new residential units, and 50,000 square feet of new ground level retail space.
