Howell Plaza, located on Rt. 9 in Howell, NJ, was in need of a new façade and a face lift. This shopping plaza has been refreshed with modern materials, vibrant colors, updated signage, and architectural detailing, transforming this strip mall into a shopping haven. Howell Plaza is anchored by Sears, which also received some attention. BartonPartners developed site plan sketches and elevations for a fenced-in enclosure for use as a Garden Center facility.
