Hopewell Manor is a 71 unit affordable housing apartment building for seniors located in the historic Pennsylvania town of Elverson. The building used to be home to the Twin Valley Fire Department and Hopewell Manor was constructed around the original fire hall. The community services seniors 62 years of age and older, and contains 71 one-bedroom units, 10 of which are ADA accessible. The design is complemented by a full landscape architecture design which provides walking paths and different 
arrangements of local flora.
