Overlooking the Hudson River, the Emerson is the rental community located inside the larger Edge on Hudson development. The development itself consists of three 4-story elevator serving buildings for a total of 188 units. Clad predominantly in brick with large amounts of glass, the buildings run parallel to and between the train line & river. The amenities supporting the buildings include a 2-story clubroom,demo-kitchen, library, and work spaces; in addition to a roof deck with magnificent views, there is a pool, dog wash, grilling stations and boccie adjacent to the indoor amenities.
