Devon Preparatory is a private, Catholic college preparatory school for young men in grades six through twelve. The project consists of renovations to the existing 1960 upper and middle school building and chemistry lab, located in a former carriage house. The exterior scope includes a new facade, roof, insulation, and windows, as well as, a newly landscaped courtyard. The interior scope features new science labs, expanded classrooms and office space, new chapel, renovated restrooms, handicapped accessibility, and finishes/lighting upgrades. HVAC and electrical upgrades are also provided, making the building more energy efficient.
