Cricket  Flats is a mixed-use project providing ground level retail and residential above, located within walking distance of Ardmore’s downtown Main Street district and the Ardmore train station. The 5-story building includes parking below grade and partially on the ground floor, where it is masked behind retail space that will be dedicated to a restaurant and stores. Above the retail are 77 residential units, a mix of one- and two-bedrooms. The building takes advantage of space on it's roof for extra amenity spaces, such as rooftop lounge, outdoor grill and dining, a games space, a dog relief area, and partial green roof.
