The Cottages of Baton Rouge, a student housing rental community serving Baton Rouge Community College and Louisiana State University, has been renovated to update the leasing center and amenity spaces within the ‘Mansion’ (clubhouse). The renovation included new finishes throughout the multi-level building, a new business center, new entrance lounge, and expanded fitness and game rooms.
