The Callaway House project included the renovation of the dining hall, food service space, and associated kitchen spaces within American Campus Community’s private dormotory at Texas A&M University.  
The dining hall is one of the main focal points of the building and is connecting hub to the amenity spaces for the student residents. The renovation involved reconfiguration of the food service spaces, improving the functionality of the food preparation and serving areas. New finishes were introduced into all spaces, in addition to custom millwork and new lighting.
