Located at the corner of Broad and Noble Streets north of Philadelphia’s City Hall, this completed project serves as the gateway to the elevated Rail Park (Philadelphia’s version of the High Line) with its public plaza anchoring that important intersection.   With 2 levels of below grade parking, 12,000 sf of ground level retail , 344 highly amenitized apartments distributed over 18 stories, including a roof deck, Broad + Noble was designed as both a contextual piece of the urban fabric, and as a statement building for this evolving neighborhood.
