Located at the corner of Broad and Noble Streets, parallel to the nearby Philly Rail Trail, Broad + Noble is a ground level retail and 18-story residential high rise. The design was inspired to pay homage to the manufacturing buildings that existed on and around the site in Philadelphia, while providing a modern feel. The design also calls for a new public plaza that connects the building to the nearby Rail, as well as 2 levels of underground parking and covered ground floor car access concealed in the rear. Apartment units come in a variety of configurations and high-end amenity spaces including 18th floor amenities, a sky-deck, lavish lobby, fitness center and other community spaces.
